WORK DESCRIPTION:
- Milan hides inside gardens, cloisters and courtyards that are the legacy of when it was necessary to conceal the riches of the rulers. And that is how unseemly green handkerchiefs hidden inside buildings or cloisters and courtyards jealously guarded behind high walls are discovered.
- The Residenze Il Chiostro (The Cloister) have been conceived starting from these premises and hide within them a green heart. The project empties the block to create a garden, keeping the external façades bound by the Superintendency and respecting the distances from the San Vittore Penitentiary Complex.
-The large courtyard is modulated in height and develops on the side of Via degli Olivetani with terraced villas, equipped with private green space patios. The court building rises gradually with the apartments, up to the maximum height of four floors on Piazza Venino.
- The quality of living is guaranteed by the prestigious finishes, the green filter of the court and the realization of the whole complex in energy class A, thanks to renewable energy sources, production of hot water and cooling with geothermal and with the photovoltaic system integrated in the windows of the stairwells and in the shelters of patios and terraces.
