The systems that are covered are: heating and air conditioning; plumbing; electrical and special systems; drainage of rainwater and sewage; purification of drainage; fire-fighting equipment; lifts; automatic gates; fuel pumps; carwashes; landscaping; building maintenance. Italiana Costruzioni also manages the system maintenance book and acts as the responsible third party for the heating system, pursuant to Presidential Decrees 412 of 26 August 1993 and 551 of 21 December 1999.
