Following the construction of MAXXI – National Museum of the Arts of the 21st Century, Italiana Costruzioni has also been put in charge of managing and maintaining the entire complex. The goal is to offer an integrated service that take an organic approach to managing the various maintenance requirements that are essential in order to keep the complex running smoothly. Timely and rational maintenance is aimed not only at maintaining maximum efficiency of the complex, but also at adapting and updating it on a functional and regulatory level to meet various changing requirements. Through the careful planning of activities and resources, this “comprehensive” approach to managing maintenance services also makes it possible to optimise every aspect of the management costs of the complex.
